Breast Augmentation

What is Breast Augmentation?
Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure designed to enhance the size, shape, and symmetry of the breasts using implants or fat transfer. More than a change in volume, it’s about achieving balance, proportion, and confidence; creating a silhouette that feels naturally yours.
Each breast augmentation is personalized. During consultation, we discuss your desired look, whether subtle and elegant, or fuller and more defined. Next, we determine the ideal approach to complement your body proportions. Implant type, placement, and incision are carefully selected to achieve a soft, natural contour while preserving long-term comfort and safety.
Our philosophy emphasizes refined, understated results: the kind that look effortless and harmonize beautifully with your frame.

Benefits of

Who is a good candidate for breast augmentation?
Healthy women who desire enhanced breast shape or volume, are at a stable weight, and have realistic expectations about outcome and recovery. Patients should not be pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of surgery.
What types of implants are available?
We offer both silicone gel and saline implants, each with unique advantages. Silicone tends to feel softer and more natural, while saline allows minor adjustments in volume and requires a smaller incision. During consultation, we discuss the advantages of each and help you choose based on anatomy, goals, and personal preference.
Where are the incisions placed?
Common options include inframammary (under the breast fold), periareolar (along the lower edge of the nipple), and occasionally transaxillary (in the armpit). Incisions are discreet and designed to heal with minimal visibility.
How long do implants last?
Modern implants are highly durable, but not considered lifetime devices. Most patients enjoy their results for 10–20 years before considering a revision due to aging changes, preference, or routine implant exchange.
Will the results look natural?
Yes. Our approach focuses on elegant, proportionate enhancement, not exaggeration. Through careful implant selection and placement, the goal is a soft, natural contour that fits your body seamlessly.
What is the recovery like?
Most women describe tightness or mild pressure for a few days. Discomfort is usually minimal and improves quickly. You’ll return to most daily activities within a week and can resume exercise after clearance from your surgeon.
Will I be able to breastfeed in the future?
In most cases, yes. Breast augmentation typically does not interfere with breastfeeding or nipple sensation. We discuss incision choice and implant placement during consultation to support your goals.
Are there non-implant options?
Yes. For select patients, fat transfer breast augmentation offers a subtle, implant-free enhancement using your own body fat, harvested from another area. It’s ideal for patients seeking modest volume and natural texture.
Can other procedures be combined with breast augmentation?
Yes. It is very common to perform a breast list together with an augmentation to achieve the highest quality of results. Other cosmetic procedures such as tummy tuck or facial cosmetic procedures may be considered as well.
What to Expect
After Surgery
Breast augmentation is performed under general anesthesia in a fully accredited surgical facility. The procedure typically takes one hour, and most patients return home the same day.
Recovery and Healing:
- You’ll awaken in a supportive surgical bra to minimize swelling and maintain position.
- Mild soreness or tightness across the chest is normal for several days. Discomfort is usually well managed with oral medication.
- Light activity and gentle walking are encouraged immediately; most patients return to
- work within 3 to 5 days, depending on their job.
- Strenuous exercise and lifting should be avoided for about 4 to 6 weeks.
- Swelling gradually subsides over the first few months, revealing the final shape and
- softness of your results.
- Results can be appreciated right away and most patients say they wish they had
- undergone the procedure years earlier.
Our team will provide detailed post-operative guidance and remain available to answer
questions throughout recovery.
